Oct. 20, 2009 - PRLog -- Boyd McMaster announces the relocation of his law practice to Denver, Colorado.  Boyd originally established McMaster Law Offices in Gillette, Wyoming where his solo practice quickly grew into a multi-attorney firm, representing individuals and companies throughout Northeastern Wyoming.  The firm was a general practice law firm, where Boyd was primarily responsible for assisting clients starting new businesses, through either acquisition or formation, and assisting them with all of their business planning, transactions and litigation requirements. Boyd’s primarily practiced in the areas of business planning, transactions and litigation, oil and gas leasing, development and regulation, as well as bankruptcy, estate planning and family law.  

Boyd left the private practice of law in 2004 to accept a position as in-house counsel for a private oil and gas company.  Boyd relocated to the Denver Metro Area in 2006 to be closer to family and take advantage of all the many opportunities the Front Range has to offer and lives in the North Metro Denver Area.

Boyd is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming, including both State and Federal Courts.  McMaster Law Offices seeks to focus its practice in the areas of business planning and transactions, civil litigation, bankruptcy, oil and gas, estate planning among others.
