Dade Medical College Website Relaunched

Miami, FL, October 19, 2009 — Dade Medical College has now relaunched their new website at the URL http://www.DadeMedical.edu. The new page features more details about campus locations and various programs of study, as well as a blog, photo gallery and more.

“Our main goals in redesigning the webpage were to provide greater access to information about the school and facilitate communications between the public and our institution,” says CEO Ernesto Perez. “We invite the public to navigate there and see the results for themselves.”

The new portal also allows users to connect with the school’s clinical affiliates and social networking pages on Facebook, Twitter and MySpace, browse an events calendar and register online. In addition, the careers page is now being frequently updated by the school’s human resource department, which will keep the many job opportunities at Dade Medical College current.

Dade Medical College is now enrolling students at their new Homestead Campus located at 381 N Krome Ave, Homestead, FL 33030, featuring 10,500 square feet of classrooms, labs, student lounge, library / resource center and administrative office space. Dade Medical College’s Miami Campus recently completed an expansion featuring about 11,800 new square feet of classroom, laboratory, library / resource center and office space. The Hialeah Campus features 22,000 square feet, including a new library / resource center andstudent lounge. Construction is now underway on a 15,000 square foot Hollywood (FL) Campus set to open by spring 2010, which would bring Dade Medical College’s total square footage to more than 67,800.

Dade Medical College is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools and is licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education, where school Perez serves as a commissioner. The college is also a member of the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges, where Perez and COO Dean Bartness are Board Members.

Dade Medical College was founded in 1999 as a vocational medical institute teaching diagnostic ultrasound. The main campus is located at 3721-1 NW 7th Street, Miami, FL 33126 and like the Hialeah campus (built in 2007, located at 2750 W 68th Street, Suite 202, Hialeah, FL 33016) additionally offers diplomas and or Associate of Science degrees. Fields of study include Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography, Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound, Diagnostic Vascular Sonography, General Radiologic Technology, Massage Therapy and Medical Assistant. Additionally, the school now offers a new Practical Nursing program from its Hialeah Campus and will soon be reintroducing a new and improved Healthcare Management Associate of Science degree program.
