Intact Technology Announces Promotion of Christopher Steinke to ITSM Practice Leader

Oct. 16, 2009 - PRLog -- Intact Technology, a proven industry leader in ITSM for over 15 years, recently announced the promotion of Christopher Steinke to the position of ITSM Practice Leader.  He has primary responsibility for managing customer relationships, building capabilities within the practice, and developing new service offerings that meet the needs of our customers.

Mr. Steinke joined Intact Technology in March of 2009 as a managing consultant and quickly established himself as a leader in the ITSM space both at Intact and within the industry.  He was previously employed by Hewlett-Packard’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) department as a Practice Manager and Senior Technical Account Manager where he defined and initiated the Service Manager on SaaS offering.  

Mr. Steinke received a Political Science degree from The George Washington University (GWU).  He began his career in ITSM as a desktop and printer support technician for the GWU Library in 1996.  He is certified in ITILv3 and HP’s Service Manager ITSM suite.
