Corona, CA. TMI Products, Inc. today announced that it has reached a License Agreement with Rosen Entertainment Systems, LP a California based corporation, following the patent infringement suit filed earlier this year in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
In July 2009, TMI announced the suit, alleging that Rosen infringed on three of the Company's U.S. Patents -- Nos. 7,040,697, 7,407,227 and 7,597,393 -- all of which apply to Rear Seat Entertainment Systems, specifically in the Headrest or Head restraints for automobiles. These patents protect TMI’s commercially successful line of Vizualogic Headrest Rear Seat Entertainment Systems.
