Community News and Info Site Exceeds 340,000 Page Views

Oct. 15, 2009 - PRLog -- ConnectionsPlanet.com is a fast growing community news and information web site.  From August to September the site experienced a growth of about 6,500 page views.  For September, 2009,  were 340,694 page views.

According to Carl Forsell, President of Connections Planet, "Connections Planet is a community news and information web site that is different from other sites.  Our site contains sections specific to every residential zip code in the United States.  We are recruiting a person in every zip code to manage their zip codes section of the site."

Forsell added that because the people managing their zip codes section of the site "Zip Code Managers" are drawn from the neighborhoods, they know what is most important to the community.  

There are 33,507 residential zip codes in the United States.  Connections Planet has recruited about 250 "Zip Code Managers" so far.  Forsell said that if the site is getting over 340,000 page views per month, with only 250 zip codes assigned, the sky is the limit as to how much traffic the site will be getting when more Zip Code Managers get up and running.

Zip Code Managers pay nothing to join Connections Planet and the online application is only a few questions long.  Forsell explained that Zip Code Managers range from 'just over 18' to retired people.   Because they are independent contractors, Zip Code Managers must be at least 18 years of age.
