PowerofSlow.org is a Finalist in the Blog of the Year category. Christine Louise Hohlbaum, whose book 'The Power of Slow: 101 Ways to Save Time in Our 24/7 World', is being released by St. Martin’s Press on October 27, 2009, started her blog as a gathering of the minds around slow living. “We are living longer now than we ever have in human history,” Hohlbaum stated. “The irony is we act as though we have even less time, too.” Hohlbaum’s book and accompanying blog serve as a guide to establishing a more positive relationship with time so we have more of it.
