NewGenTek Launches Staffing Firm in Chapel Hill North Carolina

Oct. 14, 2009 - PRLog -- NewGenTek, a boutique IT staffing firm has opened its doors in Chapel Hill North Carolina. NewGenTek’s office will employ between 10 and 15 people over the next twelve months and its founder Laney Dale has plans to expand beyond the Raleigh-Durham area over the next 3 years.
“This company grew out of our software firm NuOpus’ need to hire staff. We found that the firms in the area could not meet our technical needs because the staff at the firms were not technical. We were basically paying for someone to do a keyword search in a resume. We only hire recruiters that have experience as IT professionals. Over the next 3 years NewGenTek plans to grow its presence in the US to 10-15 offices, in addition to expanding its product offerings.
Outside of traditional staffing company services — such as contract staffing, direct placement, temporary placement and recruiting — NewGenTek also offers a non-traditional product called Recruiting as a Service (RaaS)™.
