Radia Holdings Inc. adds 2 key executive leaders

Oct. 13, 2009 - PRLog -- Radia Holdings Inc., the 11th largest staffing and professional services company in the world, today announces the appointment of two key additions to the global executive management team.
Karen F. Browne has been appointed Global President of Radia’s Workforce Solutions products and joins Radia’s executive management team.  Karen will oversee Radia’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division and programs across an impressive platform of worldwide clients.   Browne’s appointment to this key position highlights Radia’s commitment to continuing its leadership and expansion as a top provider of integrated and outsourced solutions that meet the evolving needs of the workforce.

Karen, as President of PeopleScout, a division of Seaton Corp., was recognized as an industry thought leader and “HRO Superstar” in 2008 and 2009 by HR Today Magazine for her contributions to the recruiting and staffing industry.  
Karen was instrumental in helping PeopleScout achieve recognition in the annual HR Today’s “Baker’s Dozen” top 5 list three years running, #1 in deal size in 2008 and 2009. Additionally, Karen led PeopleScout to be recognized as the #1 RPO provider by The Black Book of Outsourcing on its 2008 Top Ten HRO Recruitment Process list.
James J. Klauber, who previously was the Global Sales Officer for Radia Holdings, has been appointed President of Radia’s IT, Engineering and R&D staffing services and solutions business.  Jim’s will oversee the technical business unit’s sales, operations, recruiting and fulfillment in Radia’s North American, UK and Australian operations and continue to be a member of Radia’s executive management team.
Mr. Klauber brings more than 25 years of cross-functional experience in general, sales and marketing management, corporate development, strategic planning and product management. Jim’s experience in the staffing industry included service with Adecco SA, as Global Sales Officer, Comsys Technology Services as Senior Vice President, National Sales and Marketing, CDI Corporation as Executive Vice President, West Division, and the Olsten Corporation as Senior Vice President of National Accounts and Integrated Management Services.

While at Adecco and Comsys Jim helped pioneer the development and implementation of new disciplines in vendor management and global vendor managed solutions.
 
A member of numerous professional industry associations, Mr. Klauber has appeared as a featured speaker at the World Human Resources conference, Strategic Account management forums and major technology events such as Comdex and MacWorld. He has served on several community and charitable boards including the National Arthritis Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Junior Achievement.
