Halloween Punch Recipes For A Tasty Witch's Brew

To make some eyeball ice cubes, just put a raisin in each of the ice cube squares before you put it into the freezer.  You can also use some of those horrid little plastic spiders or some other disgusting insect to give your guests a little scare.
