Niles, Ohio, October 5th, 2009 — The University of Virginia Health System will begin using emsCharts next month. PennCare Inc. will service the account.

PennCare and emsCharts are excited to be implementing with the team at UVA. Greg Freeman and Tim Hodge and all their fellow colleagues have demonstrated their commitment to be at the leading edge of Pre-hospital care in Virginia.
