This autumn, Hyatt Regency Dubai will host Chef I Wayan Artha from Grand Hyatt Bali.  From 1 to 12 November, Chef Artha will present an exciting menu of traditional delights from Indonesia.

Chef Artha began his career with Grand Hyatt Bali in early 1992 as a commis, spending the following 15 years refining his skills at the hotel, and working with Western, Chinese and Italian cuisines.  In 2007, he was appointed chef de cuisine of Pasar Senggol, Grand Hyatt Bali's Balinese village and night market, where guests can linger among an array of stalls offering a wealth of Balinese dishes, alongside artisans creating a host of handicrafts.

Guests visiting The Kitchen restaurant at Hyatt Regency Dubai hotel between 1 and 12 November can enjoy many of the exotic flavours of Indonesia, such as:

Ayam bumbu mentah (shredded chicken,  lemongrass, chilli, shallot and kafir lime leaves)
Ayam betutu (roasted chicken in banana leaves)
Bebek menyatnyat (braised duck in Balinese spices)
Gerang asem sari segara (Balinese seafood soup)

Ladies’ Night
