Working out of the SCS Engineers’ San Diego office, Mr. Pryatel manages regulatory compliance audits, risk assessments, and environment site assessments. Prior to joining SCS he served as a Division Chief, managing regulatory programs for the County of San Diego Dept. of Environmental Health. Tom Rappolt, Vice President, who heads the newly formed SCS Tracer Environmental, is moderating the Air Quality: Legislative/ SCS Engineers announced its acquisition of Tracer Environmental Sciences & Technologies Inc., now known as SCS Tracer Environmental, on Oct. 1.
