New Employee Research Shines Favorable Light on Customer Service in the Gaming Industry

Oct. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- New research released today by Chicago-based Human Capital Management Consulting firm, HR Solutions, Inc., found that over three quarters of gaming industry employees (77 percent) answered favorably to the statement, “this organization is committed to quality service for the customer.”  These results are based on data from HR Solutions’ National Normative Database of gaming employee research, which consists of over 100,000 responses from more than 75 organizations.

These findings not only shed a positive light on the current state of customer service within the gaming industry, but also upon the degree of support that organizations receive from their employees.  “Your employees are your most honest critic,” explains HR Solutions’ CEO, Kevin Sheridan.  “It is their efforts that collectively drive the customer service reputation of your organization.  In that vein, their feedback is one of the most important ‘report cards’ that senior management can receive.  This research indicates that the majority of gaming organizations are solidly on track with regard to their commitment to stellar customer service.”
