'Best Law Firm in South Africa' appoints new Directors, establishes Intellectual Property Department

ENS is pleased to announce the appointment of 2 new Intellectual Property directors, Mike du Toit and Gaelyn Scott, formerly of local firm Bowman Gilfillan John & Kernick, who have between them over 30 years experience.  In addition, Ilse du Plessis, a director practising from ENS’ Cape Town and Stellenbosch offices, and Don MacRobert, a senior IP practitioner formerly of Adams & Adams, registered patent agent and runner up of the World IP Lawyer Award, join them to supplement the firm’s IP expertise. They bring with them a passionate team of experienced IP specialists, resulting in a breadth and depth of legal IP competence.  This department offers a broad range of services locally and into Africa.  The IP team complements, and integrates, with the firm’s other departments to create a seamless offering of legal services.
