Similar systems allow for the safe and efficient completion of sales documents via the internet, or for telephone sales where the customer has internet access. Conrad has taken this a step further to allow its clients the opportunity to finalize the sale with an enforceable electronic signature through email verification. Telephone and internet sales have in the past relied on customer integrity to complete the sale and make payment. Through this next generation C-EDP system, Conrad creates a legally enforceable, signed document. This document is also electronically encrypted and stored at Conrad, with point of sale email verifications sent to any distribution list.

The new C-EDP, in conjunction with the full suite of legal services just announced by Conrad, augments the “one stop shop” philosophy of Conrad. This new system will speed the closing process and increase sales volume for Conrad clients contracting for this service. The C-EDP process is secure, user friendly, and fully enforceable. This environmentally friendly service eliminates the traditional paper-based processes normally associated with conventional document signing, and creates a secure image for permanent electronic document storage.
