Havertown Wellness Center Offering Fall Classes to Keep You in Shape

Fall schedule includes pilates, yoga and return of Saturday classes
 
Oct. 5, 2009 - PRLog -- Havertown, PA - Just because summer is over doesn’t mean you need to lose your summer figure. Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital’s (MFH) Rehab and Wellness Center at Havertown is offering a variety of classes to help the community stay in shape this fall. Its new schedule for the fall season includes

• Pilates classes on Mondays at 11 a.m., 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. and Thursdays at Noon and 6:00 p.m.
• Yoga classes on Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.
• An Osteo-builders class on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m.

Classes are offered throughout the day to fit its members’ schedules. They are led by physical therapists Stephanie Muntzer, Nancy Ring, Jeanne Rozanski and Nathalie Wilson. Individuals can register for classes by calling (610) 853-1251. The wellness center is located in Suite 438 at 2010 West Chester Pike in Havertown.

MFH operates three facilities to help the community meet its rehabilitation and wellness needs. The Sister Marie Lenahan Wellness Center is located across the street from the main MFH campus in Darby. The Mercy Eastwick Wellness Center is located at 2821 Island Avenue in the Eastwick neighborhood of Southwest Philadelphia.
