(New York, NY) – September 28, 2009, It’s been a little over a month since ESSO released his remade version of Michael Jackson’s “Off The Wall.”  The well received project has garnered recognition from various media outlets including XXL Magazine's "Show & Prove" feature in their 12th anniversary issue. "Off The Wall" has also been praised by well known and respected online and print publications.  As ESSO plans on a slew of performances nationwide and overseas, his latest accomplishment is having the video for his first single, “Don’t Stop” added to rotation on MTV2.

Like the album, the concept for the video “Don’t Stop” stems from the King of Pop’s first solo work music video.  Shots filmed in front of a green screen were transformed into the animated, vibrant and colorful finished product that has wowed audiences so far.  “Don’t Stop” was directed by Joseph Puma, who first worked with ESSO on the video for his freestyle over GLC, Kanye West & T-Pain's “Flight School.”  The video airing on MTV2 has the pair extremely excited.

MTV2 is a network cable television channel that is available in the United States.  It was originated in 1996 as a station for viewers to watch their favorite music artists’ videos, commercial free and non-stop.  This idea was executed after the regular MTV station became flooded with reality and soap opera-type shows.  Today, it still houses music videos as well as various other broadcasts related to music and pop culture.
