Sept. 30, 2009 - PRLog -- Northbrook, Illinois - GenUs BioSystems announces a new combined microRNA/whole genome RNA gene expression analysis service for samples yielding as little as 400 nanograms total RNA. Delivering both microRNA and total RNA data from a single 400 nanogram sample provides researchers with an important tool for maximizing the amount of meaningful genomic data available from a single small sample.

Special services are available for smaller samples: microRNA from as little as 150 nanograms total RNA yield and whole genome analysis from as little as 100 picograms total RNA. GenUs provides the highest quality gene expression analysis available from small and difficult samples such as fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM), OCT-embedded and other biopsy material.
