Iowa State Cyclones Raise the Bar with New Basketball Practice Facility

Sept. 24, 2009 - PRLog -- Peshtigo, WI.  – Aacer Flooring Vice President of Sales and Marketing Kevin Barker announced today, Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa completed the installation of AacerChannel with the Tri Power pad.

“We are proud to say Aacer Flooring is now part of Iowa State Basketball. We kicked off the year with great momentum and now adding Iowa State to the list is just another example of how top notch programs are demanding excellence in both product selection and performance” said Barker.  The 29,000 square-foot two court facility is without a doubt one of the finest of its kind nationally. Barker went on to say “the University took the time to do their homework in all aspects of the facility and when it came to selecting the wood sports floor the, largest piece of equipment housed in the facility, they selected AacerChannel.”

The floor was installed by Aacers dealer Franks Contracting Incorporated. Aacer and its highly skilled dealer are proud to bring cutting edge technology to the Iowa State Athletic Department. Athletic departments around the country are quickly learning why Aacer is a great team member.  Both men’s and women’s basketball programs have 24-hour access to their own regulation size court in addition to two smaller cross courts for a total of six baskets.
