Sept. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- As of the date of this press release, there were 40 Apartment properties for sale with a price of over $1,000,000 in San Antonio, Texas.

Asking prices range from a high of $27,000,000 to a low of $1,050,000.  Occupancy rates for well managed properties continue to remain high.  Properties with lower occupancies are typically poorly managed or poorly maintained.  

The value of multifamily properties was actually up a small percent in the 2nd quarter of 2009 as compared to a much larger value decrease in office and retail property values.
