Susan McCray Helps Celebrate Bonanza Day at The Autry Museum

Television/Film Casting Director and Host of "Getting To Know You" on takes part in the 50th Anniversary celebration of the most beloved and long - running Western television series Bonanza held at the Autry National Center Sept. 20th.

Sept. 15, 2009 - PRLog -- Susan McCray, Casting Director, Producer, and Host of "Getting To Know You" on will participate in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the long running and most beloved television Western "Bonanza" and the career achievements of its creator, David Dortort Sunday, September 20th at the Autry National Center. The Dortort family and Bonanza experts greet guests and answer questions in the Autry's Imagination Gallery. Ms. McCray began her successful casting career as casting assistant for Bonanza and the western series The High Chaparral at Paramount Studios in 1968. Susan McCray's father, Oscar Winning Composer, Harry Sukman, was composer for Bonanza and The High Chaparral. Susan's husband, Television and Film Producer, Kent McCray, Produced Bonanza and The High Chaparral. To Susan McCray, Bonanza Day is Family Day.
