SBA ARC Loan Program grows; Free Webinars to discuss details – SBA Rules vs. Reality

Sept. 11, 2009 - PRLog -- According to the Small Business Administration, the ARC Loan program continues to approve more loans for small businesses. While applicants continue to have questions and frustrations with trying to obtain these loans, the number of approvals and the number of participating lenders are both increasing.

Business Borrowers Alliance is the only firm providing loan packaging services for the SBA ARC Loan nationally and will present these Free Webinars in order to clarify the confusion and misinformation surrounding this program.

“The SBA has approved 2070 ARC Loans as of September 7 and there are now more than 600 lenders who have made at least one loan.” stated Neal Gordon, a Partner with Business Borrowers Alliance. “We are holding our Free Webinar on 2 more dates to help potential applicants understand the program and analyze their opportunities to obtain the loan.”

Specifically, the Webinar will present the basics of the published rules of the ARC Loan program as well discussing the realities of how this program has played out.

“People have become frustrated trying to understand if they qualify for the loan and then locate a lender who will work with them. In addition, the SBA continues to update and evolve their procedures which impacts applications” Gordon said, ”This webinar is aimed at shedding light on the program to help small businesses understand if they fit the program and the best way to apply”.
