How many strokes are required to swim faster? Probably you may not get the right answer from any swimming masters. Some might say as many strokes as needed to move faster in the water.

Sept. 11, 2009 - PRLog -- How many strokes are required to swim faster? Probably you may not get the right answer from any swimming masters. Some might say as many strokes as needed to move faster in the water. However, David Mielziner may not accept this answer. He strongly disagrees the traditional way of swimming and says it is difficult to master.
More over it involves many strokes to stay in the water and hampers your swimming speed.

He strongly believes the new innovative technique called Total immersion swimming, which aims to improve the way of swimming taught and practiced. This new method minimizes the number of strokes and helps you to swim like a fish. One of the well-known American swimmers Terry Laughlin introduced this new method of swimming, after understanding the shortfalls of existing swimming methods. This method improves your confidence level in the water and helps you to become strong and capable swimmer.

Mike concluded that, irrespective of the age, any one could learn swimming at any stage of their life.  Mike has sixteen years of competitive swimming experience coupled with Exceptional mastery in Total immersion method of swimming. He completed the TI teacher-training course with Terry Laughlin and has abundance of experience in training children’s and adults. He taught over sixty swimmers that include many triathlon champions. He conducts regular swimming workshops and instructor-led courses in Thailand. You can contact him by email or phone, and he is always available to help you learn this wonderful art.
