Local Ghost Hunters Play a Number of Roles in the First dEdmonton Halloween Festival

Oct. 23, 2009 - PRLog -- DEdmonton is an non-profit, ambitious idea which has been growing in leaps and bounds in the last 4 months. Ben Myckan and Rona Anderson are both a part of the dEdmonton group and also run their ghost hunting venture, the Paranormal Explorers.
This past summer, they have been involved in 4 parades with their hearse "Bella" and have been a part of promoting dEdmonton, Canada's Halloween Festival. They are participating in a couple of venues planning Halloween haunts as well as finding time to give talks on the paranormal at the Spruce Grove Library, the Sherwood Park Strathcona County Library and the Stanley Milner Library in downtown Edmonton in October.
Ben and Rona still have to maintain their assistance to people who are having ghost haunting problems in their house. And of course with October and Halloween coming up, things can get pretty busy for the both of them.
"It seems like everyone wants us to talk at their event when October gets closer." Rona points out. "We have a heck of a time scheduling in talks, investigations, and participating in Fort Edmonton Spooktacular and The Sands Hotel Tour of Terror. But we'll fit everything in. We are committed to helping people with ghost problems but we also love scaring the pants off of people at these Halloween events."

Fort Edmonton Spooktacular takes place on October 23rd and 24th, and the Sands Hotel's event is on the 30th and 31st. Both events have adult and child activities.
