Their AfterBurn® Bootcamps are designed to get you in great shape FAST! A high intensity, anaerobic workout, it will increase your metabolic rate, spare lean muscle and torch body fat. Both fitness fanatics, Joseph has been involved in the health and fitness industry since he was a child at his parents’ gym. An avid athlete, Joseph participated in football and track during high school and recently played on the St. Louis Saints minor league football team. He is also an amateur bodybuilder in the National Physique Committee (NPC) with hopes of earning a pro card in 2010. After a 22-year career in information technology with AG Edwards, Mark became certified as a personal trainer and began competing as an amateur bodybuilder in the NPC. In April 2009 he competed in his first bodybuilding competition. “We are committed to helping our members get in shape and achieve the results they want by providing a comfortable, relaxed alternative to the big box gyms,” Mark Siers said. They also plan to specialize in helping fitness models and other body builders, and will offer posing classes taught by seasoned competitors. “As amateur bodybuilders, we are committed to help those interested in competing master their bodybuilding poses,” Almany said.
