In order to make a child stop crying at a suburban Atlanta Wal-Mart, the man hit the girl about four times! An absolutely crazy occurrence. A Man by the name of Roger Stephens reportedly told the mother of 2-year old Paige Matthews, if she (the child's mother) didn't make the toddler stop crying, he would slap her!
