Republic, MO real estate agent Malcolm Chase uses Facebook & eZine to Connect with Buyers & Sellers

Real Estate Agent Malcolm Chase uses social tools to connect with buyers and sellers. Online eZine Magazines, Blogs, and Facebook will become industry standard in the real estate community.

Aug. 31, 2009 - PRLog -- Republic, Missouri (U.S. Cybertek, Inc.) 08/31/2009 -- More real estate professionals turn to facebook and other social tools to connect with Buyers and Sellers. Malcolm Chase is one such agent.  After attempting to connect with Buyers and Sellers using traditional means, local real estate agent Malcolm Chase has turned to Facebook and Active eZine to find Buyers and Sellers.  According to the growning demographics of facebook, which started off as a 'college student only' application, this is a smart move.

According to Facebook, over 175 million users worldwide are active on the site.  As if that wasn't enticing enough, more than half of Facebook users are outside of college, and the fastest growing demographic are those 30 years and older.  That 30+ age bracket is good news for Real Estate agents looking to find first time home buyers.

The National Association of Realtors recently released a study in November of 2008 showing the median age of first-time buyers was 30.  Looking for older buyers and sellers?  Have no fear... nearly one in every five 45 to 54 year olds have a profile on a social networking website according to Pew Internet & American Life Project.

The realization of this trend has taken particular interest to Malcolm, who is excited to have facebook incorporated in his new Real Estate website located at: www.ourspringfieldhome.com.  'I wanted to be able to keep my friends and associates updated on the market' Chase said.  The website features a Wordpress blog with a Facebook plug-in that interacts directly with Facebook.  Now whenever Malcolm has something to say, his clients get the update in their Facebook feed.

Another way Malcolm has decided to keep in touch is through Active eZine.  This free online magazine enables Malcolm to keep in touch while providing his/her clients with useful recipes, home decorating stories, and gardening tips.  The best part of the magazine is it's online at http://www.activeezine.com/?uid=31 which eliminates paper waste.  It's also setup to be shared through most social networking websites.  'I really like my Active eZine' said Chase.  'It gives me great leverage in keeping in touch with my clients.'

Active eZine, while in it's infancy state, has already attracted a large following.  This interactive online magazine allows real estate professionals to keep in touch with their clients through an easy to use interface.  'We have known for some time that traditional drip email programs were missing something' said Brian Jambor of U.S. Cybertek, Inc., the company behind Active eZine.  'We've been helping real estate agents with their marketing needs for over 10 years. We've become very familiar with what works, and what doesn't.  This is one of those programs that just works.'
