DSWA’s Successful Coach Excellence Schedules Next Session
DSWA announces next session for the Coach Excellence School. The DSWA's Coach Excellence School is the only one of its kind as it is designed specifically for the direct selling and network marketing profession.
Participants begin the school with a three day live training session followed by twelve weeks of mentor coaching and live webinars to complete the certification process. The DSWA is currently seeking accreditation through the WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.) In addition, all of the webinars are certified by the International Coach Federation as suitable for Continuing Education Credit. The DSWA Coaching School concentrates on coaching techniques that can immediately and easily be applied to the participants business. DSWA Coach Excellence School Graduates become eligible to be a part of the DSWA Coach Referral network.
About the Coach Excellence School Faculty
Neil Phillips, Ph.D., ACC. Dr. Phillips has been coaching since 1974. With a doctorate in Speech Communication and Human Relations from the University of Kansas, he held a tenured professorship at the University of Northern Iowa. He left education to join his wife in the direct selling profession where they grew a large and successful distributorship through expert coaching, training, and leadership development. Neil has experienced all aspects of direct selling, including a career as a corporate executive. Neil is a trained as a Franklin Covey Coach and is a certified DiSC trainer. He holds coach credentials from the Marshall Goldsmith Behavioral Coaching, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the International Coach Federation. Neil currently serves as DSWA’s Director of Corporate Services and the Director of DSWA’s Coach Excellence program.
Dana Phillips brings unique coaching and direct selling experience to the Coach Excellence Faculty. She partnered with her husband to build an outstanding direct selling organization in a large global company. Prior to joining the DSWA team September, 2007, she served as Director of Training in a multi-million dollar network marketing company, dkiyt which broadened her understanding of the similarities and differences in party plan and network marketing. Dana is trained as a Franklin Covey Coach and is a certified DiSC trainer. She holds coach credentials from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and is seeking credentials from the International Coach Federation. Dana is the DSWA Director of Leadership Development
Mark Semple is a Certified Comprehensive Coach and a member of the Coaching Institute. As the spouse and dedicated supporter of a full-time Direct Seller, Mark brings unique perspective and insights to the Direct sales profession. Mark is a contributing author to In Her Power and the best-selling More Build It Big. He is a member of the DSWA Coach Referral Network and participates in the coaching for their industry-leading ELITE Leadership Course.
Kimberley Borgen is the first graduate from the Coach Excellence Program. Kimberley was direct selling professional for eight years and built her team through training and coaching. Most recently, she was a Seminar Facilitator and Team Coach with Klemmer & Associates.
