Aug. 27, 2009 - PRLog -- AcuBalance Wellness Center, LLC celebrated its grand opening on August 8th in the Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago. The Center welcomes anyone seeking to integrate holistic methods for health and well-being into their current healthcare regimen or as a complement to Western medicine. The clinic offers adults, seniors and children a variety of treatment options including acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Asian bodywork, Reflexology and Qi Gong. The practitioners, Julie Domagalski, Ausra Januseviciute and Vera Kulezic, sought out the community of Norwood Park because of family roots and because of the limited resources available for alternative and complementary medicine in this area of the city. They are guided and motivated by a fundamental belief in the whole body concept of health, which involves the inseparable relationship of the body, mind and emotions. This means that each person is viewed and treated as a unique individual in an effort to correct the underlying imbalances that lead to the symptoms of disease.
