Regulatory Seminar for Exporters Says "Get Ready"

Aug. 27, 2009 - PRLog -- NEWTOWN, CT – Starting December 29, the newly revised Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC goes into effect.  Changes span many new sections from User Documentation and regulations for guards to Risk Assessment requirements.  Not complying with this new European standard might block U.S. manufacturers from receiving a CE Mark – a necessary label for industrial products.
