Bill Bartmann’s Book, Bailout Riches, is about Surviving and Prospering in a Recession

Aug. 25, 2009 - PRLog -- Tulsa, OK – Bill Bartmann is the ultimate underdog/survivor/achiever who overcame personal circumstances and tragedy to rise to the top in America.  Homeless at 14, Bill worked low-wage jobs, joined a street gang and was an alcoholic by the age of 17.  Once when he became intoxicated, he fell down some stairs, injured his back and was told he would never walk again.

This was the turning point in Bill Bartmann’s life; not only did he walk again, but he earned his GED, struggled through college and then law school.  He became wealthy in real estate and the oil business.  When the oil business went bad, Bill Bartmann did not give up; he eventually built a multi-million dollar business in debt collections.

Bill Bartmann’s book, “Bailout Riches” is about how ordinary citizens can buy bad debts and make a profit without spending their own money.  Bill Bartmann explains, “In the government’s need to stabilize the economy, it’s pumping several trillion dollars into the economy.  One main goal is to get rid of the toxic assets when banks are holding.  This means somewhere around $1 trillion of debt will be written down and sold to buyers are ridiculously cheap prices.”
