Aug. 25, 2009 - PRLog -- Salt Lake City, UT -- Dangmad.com, a customer service review website, is announcing its launch. The site allows consumers to write reviews on their customer service experiences and gathers statistics regarding the customer service of virtually all companies.

Nearly 70 percent of all customers end up switching companies because of poor or inadequate customer service whereas only 30 percent switch because of product quality or price, according to The Forum Corporation. In recent years, it is possible that a receding economy has forced many businesses to neglect quality customer service and decrease expensive employee training.

Eventually, the site will provide company rankings and statistics to the public, free of charge. Not only will current rankings be available, but past rankings as well. "This will allow the public to monitor a company's customer service over time. We anticipate customer service will fluctuate with the strength of the economy as well as with other factors, especially with the internal operations of each company," explained Robert Meyers, Founder and Owner.

To help businesses combat potentially harmful reviews, dangmad.com will allow companies wishing to respond to customer reviews to do so. These responses will appear directly below each review which has been addressed by the company.

"We really wanted to give consumers an easy way to let the public, including companies, know about their experiences. Especially with a weak economy, more and more companies are cutting back in various areas, including customer service. Customers are fed up with companies refusing to provide adequate service. Dangmad.com will identify these companies, as well as those investing in their customer service efforts, and allow consumers to choose between them," said Meyers.

Dangmad.com has released the beta version of the site and will fine tune features and services during the next year before releasing the final version. However, customers can begin writing reviews immediately at http://www.dangmad.com.
