Aug. 24, 2009 - PRLog -- Now accepting applications for the 2010 Miss Teen Pennsylvania-World pageant held in March 2010 in Philadeliphia, Pa. We are looking for young ladies ages 13 to 19. This will be an expereince of a lifetime.
