Donating To Enrich The Lives Of Children

This donation drive will benefit area non-profit organizations such as: Salvation Army, Bridgeway Behavioral Health, Youth In Need, Early Childhood Education Center-Troy, and God’s Little Lambs Free Childcare. Snoobli Company hopes that with the support of the community, it will have many handmade books donated to each of the organizations for the children they serve.

Everyone is encouraged to make a donation of any amount or sponsor a whole book at the reduced price of $19.99. Donations will be accepted from September 1 through October 1, 2009 by mail (PO Box 415 Troy, MO 63379), their website (www.snoobli.com), and at local stores. A list of stores and times will be posted on the company’s website.

The Snoobli Donation Program, allows Snoobli Company to do its part in promoting early literacy and community involvement. Snoobli Company’s co-founder LaShonda Felder says “Our donation program offers children a tangible, educational gift from people in their own community to show support and love”. Last year, the company had an overwhelming amount of support from people in St. Louis, St. Charles County, Lincoln County, and even Iowa. One Snoobli Book actually made it to a preschool in Chicago, IL. They also encourage other qualified organizations to sign-up for the donation program.

Snoobli Company is a home-based business that was founded in July 2008 by Missouri residents Antonio and LaShonda Felder. The company specializes in creating handmade, personalized, plush, educational books for pre-school to school aged children. These interactive books encourage literacy, counting, rhyming, name recognition, pattern recognition, ABCs, and so much more.
