What Is Going On? - Secrets and Seclusion Within the Walls of ApplianceZone.com

Aug. 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Jim Allen, CEO and founder of ApplianceZone.com walked into the appliance zone building early monday morning, poured his coffee, and retreated into his office without a word spoken to anyone.

" I knew something was wrong when Jim didn't say anything, " says an anonymous source." Ive worked here for 2 years with him and it's not like him to not say hello in the morning. "

Throughout the day, Jim would leave his office and walk back to where his website designers, and web team resided through the work day.  Once there, he was said to have spent hours in serious debate. With his face red and his frustration foaming over, Jim would periodically retreat back to his office once again. Never saying a word to anyone but for what he was debating in the design studio.

Two days passed without a word. Tension and Concern were thick in the air as employees streamed in to the building Wensday morning. Something was going on...but what?

" I thought something must be wrong with the website," said the same anonymous source,Why else would Jim be so secretive? But then again, why leave us out of the loop?

4:00 Wensday night, Jim called an all employee meeting.

" My heart lept into my throat," Said Emily, an Advertising Director within the company," I thought this was it, the company is going under and i am about to lose my job. With this economy it wouldnt really surprise me. "

Jim sat in the middle of his office, leaned forward in his chair, and barely looking at the staff.
" It has come to me, that we are one of the only companies of our kind. and we have no one to represent us at this moment." Jim spoke with diliberation, and accusation." For the past few days, I have been in debate with our designers, trying to come up with the perfect represenative for this company. Though I can't release all the details at this time, the icon of ApplianceZone.com will be an Alien, we have no for sure definate on gender, but I can already tell you that this little person has a big job on it's hands."

As if no one had been breathing, a sigh of relief swept through the office. Jobs were secure, and there was a lot of work to be done in the following months.

As the staff filed out of Jim's office He could be seen once again walking back to the studio.
