Bali Brasserie is the brainchild of TC (Tanjit Calais) who established this premier Indonesian and Malaysian Restaurant in 1980s. It was previously known as Sama Santa before it was moved from Worthing. TC was born in Indonesia and has travelled extensively in Far East, in particular Malaysia, where his family resides. TC and his chefs have brought the very best of Indonesian and Malaysian food to the Bali Brasserie. Their menu features dishes rarely seen outside the top London restaurants and they are renowned for their house specialty: The Indonesian Rijsttafel (Rice Table).
