Hand picked success for Denesting Company

Aug. 11, 2009 - PRLog -- Ixia UK, one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of ‘Pick and Place’ denester packaging systems has just celebrated a year of remarkable growth.  The East Sussex based company has seen a 50% increase in business, a fact which the company attributes as much to telemarketing experts ‘My Marketing’ as it does its ability to fulfil a requirement in the food industries for its cutting edge denesting machines.

Richard Van den Berg, managing director of Ixia UK, gave a brief to My Marketing to target potential growth areas for his company.  After a period of consultation where My Marketing liaised extensively with Ixia UK, the telemarketing team began a targeted campaign designed to win the company new business.  

‘My Marketing’s success is all the more impressive when you consider they undertook their programme as the country moved into recession.  We recognised that it is vital for not only our future growth, but also survival in these tough economic times, to have a progressive and proactive marketing campaign which would win us new business.’  Richard said.

Richard continued. ‘The food packaging industry is very competitive and we have a product which adds efficiency, cost savings and versatility.  Our brief to My Marketing was to ensure that potential clients realised the benefits of using Ixia denesters. With it’s unique Snapdragon ‘quick change packaging tooling’.

My Marketing’s managing director, Yvette Beckett is proud of her team’s accomplishments. ‘A 50% increase in turnover in any year is good but during a downturn this is exceptional.  Our single goal was to increase the business Ixia was achieving and we have excelled.  This is an industry that has had to cope with a lot of pressure from its clients, whilst remaining flexible. So our task required a great understanding of not only Ixia’s business but the industry itself.’
