MOS Creative delivers powerful marketing solutions to Baltimore businesses
Baltimore based MOS Creative is growing in profits and staff as they continue to deliver superior advertising and marketing strategies for their clients.

In less than four years, Max Kryzhanovskiy and Alex Kutsishin, both 26, have developed a cult following, with their uncanny ability to “get” their clients, who range from mortgage companies and commercial real estate brokers like Cassidy Pinkard Colliers, to hotels, fashion designers and professional athletes. A number of local sports figures –including Baltimore Raven’s quarterback Joe Flacco – and personalities call on MOS for assistance planning and marketing their non-profits and fundraising events.
Their success is evident. By the end of their first year the two had more than doubled their revenues, a feat repeated annually. In anticipation of continued growth, the company recently relocated to a new home in the heart of Owings Mills, an industrial, open space on Reisterstown Road befitting their young, fresh outlook.
MOS Creative’s approach to marketing uses multiple platforms to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that resonate with their clients, and their client’s customers, taking advantage of conventional print venues as well as online media to develop web sites, brochures and entire marketing campaigns. “Word of mouth on the street is a powerful tool,” says Max, “but it can only reach so many. Word of mouth on the web reaches millions.”
Max and Alex grew up together in Pikesville, meeting shortly after coming to the U.S. from Ukraine. Max took the more traditional route; attending Towson University to earn a degree in finance followed by an internship with Morgan Stanley before he approached Alex with a business idea. Alex, hungry to put his ideas into practice, jumped into marketing and graphic design immediately after high school, assisting in the development of his parents’ physical therapy offices, which included all business- and marketing-related activities, as well as the sale of their office in Washington, DC.
What began as a friendship has grown, first to a lucrative partnership selling outsourced printing and copying solutions – which continues to this day as Maximum Office Solutions, Inc. – then to MOS Creative. The two follow a D.W.I.L. (“doing what I love”) strategy. “It’s important our clients know it’s not just a job for us,” says Alex, “but a lifestyle, and that’s why we work so hard to satisfy their needs.”
Their focus on their client’s success is balanced by their own strong involvement in the non-profit world, planning and marketing a number of local events, including HelpOne, which raised money and awareness for LPHS - Loin Pain Hematuria Syndrome - and Spring Swing for the Cure, a Rally for the Cure golf event that benefitted the Susan G. Komen breast cancer foundation.
