New Experience for Coffee Enthusiasts: Coffee Academy I

Aug. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- During our basic introduction course “Coffee Academy I” you discover the origins of Coffee, learn about he main growing areas internationally and within Ecuador and learn about the main varieties of Coffee and the main Coffee types and its characteristics.

You enter also the kitchen to learn some special Coffee preparations and Coffee recipes and we discuss for what to look when buying a new Coffee and Expresso Machine.

At the moment we work on the more extensive Coffee Academy II and III where we visit Coffee plantations, social Coffee Plantation Projects and visit large industrial Coffee Manufacturing sites. I the Coffee Academy III will include a full day Hike in spectacular countryside where we visit local small producers. This tour will be particularly interesting for the foreign visitor and will go about 5 to 6 Days.

All the Tours are a must for all Coffee Drinkers while in Quito/Ecuador.
