I can watch the "Family Guy" video a thousand times, and it's still engaging, and it's still funny!  Video puts a human face on the scene. Sure, blogs do this, but video REALLY does this. Putting the owner in podcasts seems to work, so putting the owner in video will undoubtedly work better.
