-- Customer Mr Kelly Neville bought an air-source heat pump for his home back in August 07 for GBP 2;136.00 . Since then, 2 years ago this month (Happy anniversary Kelly) he has had only 7 monthe of operation. After several commnications with Joliet about malfunction Kelly got in a professional engineer from another company who said the unit, an Airpac 10KW heat pump, had a break between the refrigerant and water systems, and would need replacing. Well within the warranty period, Kelly repeatedly contacted Joliet asking for either a refund or replacement, or even repair (though the independent engineer advised this would only be followed by another breakdown probably). 6 Months on and Joliet have gone from making enquiries about the nature of the fault to silence...no disclaimers, no justification...just silence.
Is there anybody else out there who`s had problems with Joliet Technology?
