In a current climate where jobs, sales and financials are low the environment amongst the Nolcha team is optimistic and vibrant, as expressed by Kerry Bannigan, Nolcha CEO:

The event continues to expand, showcasing approximately 14 designers in 2007 and over 50 designers in 2008, and receives positive coverage from major media outlets including Forbes, Smart Money TV, BBC, In Touch magazine and Sports Wear International to name a few. This year also brought significant praise from the industry with the reward of Best Runway Show in NYC for emerging designers awarded by the Mann Foundation.
