TriActive® Signs Partner Agreement with Jardine OneSolution in Malaysia

July 31, 2009 - PRLog -- Austin, Texas - TriActive – TriActive Asia Pacific, a pioneer in SaaS for systems management, has signed a Gold Partner agreement with Jardine OneSolution (JOS) to provide TriActive's SaaS-powered Systems Management On Demand® technology to its customers in Malaysia.

TriActive offers a modular solution set that enables partners to deliver Managed Services On Demand without the need for any form of upfront investment in infrastructure (e.g. a NOC), hardware, and software usually required with other On Demand offerings.

TriActive Systems Management On Demand solutions provide asset management, patch management, software distribution, software categorization, remote control, service desk, and license compliance to manage each of the PCs within an organization simply via the Internet - perfect for highly mobile or distributed workforces.

JOS chose to take on TriActive to help expand their own existing Managed Services Business, which includes maintenance and PC break fix support. Already packaging TriActive under JOS Managed Services, they are able to provide additional automation and operations efficiency through minimising manual labor work within the IT operations of their customers.
