Synaptris launches its Customer Community Portal - SynChronize

A key initiative in achieving greater customer intimacy

SynChronize provides its customer-base with a platform to learn how to leverage their investments in Synaptris solutions better, collaborate with each other, adopt best practices and share knowledge. The interactive platform encourages customers to use the power of collaboration and derive maximum benefits from the Synaptris community. SynChronize also provides Synaptris with a powerful platform to connect with its 2250 customers across 80 countries.

The key components of SynChronize include Discussion Forums that allows sharing of information and ideas; a Resource Bank that includes whitepapers, product information and flash demos; key announcements and industry updates; and a section on Tips & Tricks from Synaptris’ product experts.
