Temporary Freezers for London Kitchen Refurbishment

July 30, 2009 - PRLog -- The All Seasons Hire Commercial Refrigeration division was recently called in to help a London hotel with its scheduled refurbishment of their kitchen area. The hotel needed to hire some Frozen Storage whilst the Freezers in the kitchen area were out of action. For the 1 week Hire All Seasons Hire Commercial Refrigeration division were able to quickly supply 2 Chest Freezers and 1 upright Freezer.
Chest style Freezers are perfect for Commercial kitchens as they are very energy efficient and can handle being continuously opened. This comes from when the Freezer door is opened the Chilled air stays within the Freezer as cold air falls, whereas with an Upright Freezer when the door is opened the Chilled air falls out and to the floor. However for storage for some items in Upright Freezers can be advantageous as the they can be easily organised because of the interior shelving making items much easier to find.
