Self catering villa in Kyrenia North Cyprus sees continued success on back of reinvestment

July 26, 2009 - PRLog -- The villa , built in 2004 has been repainted twice and seen improvements from reinvestment year on year.

The pool side area has an extended patio in addition to 70M2 of marble terrace.  This inturn has been covered with pergodas offering valuable shade at the rear of the villa.  From here you can look up through the pine trees to the north cyprus Besperamak mountain range "Five finger" with it's a mazing rock formations and Crusader castle perched above the villa.

Air conditioning is standard but those hot Kyrenia days are made more bearable as the villa has a big family pool and fresh water dispenser in the large kitchen.

An additional 5 Tonne water storage facility has been introduced as water shortages continue throughout cyprus.  Make sure any villa you rent has plenty of storage

To cope with electricity cuts an automatic generator is installed.  The ailing powerstation at Esentepe has recently taken two new generators,  but occasional outages still occur as the power supply network needs improvement.
