New Yoga Studio now open in Monmouth County, NJ

July 23, 2009 - PRLog -- When she first began practicing yoga in 2003, Jamie Segal-Hanley never imagined it would become such an integral part of her life. Never one to hit the gym, the Holmdel native found yoga to be a form of exercise she enjoyed, an excellent way to relieve stress, and a wonderful sense of community. Six years later, she is excited to bring the true yoga experience to her hometown with the grand opening of Elevate Yoga.

“Self care and a strong, supportive community are more important than ever. With that in mind, we’re honored to bring Elevate Yoga to the residents of Hazlet, Holmdel, Middletown, and the surrounding areas,” says Segal-Hanley.

The intention of Elevate Yoga is to create a safe and welcoming environment, supporting the ongoing practice of yoga. A vinyasa based studio, classes at Elevate focus on the dynamic connection of breath and movement. Offering classes daily for beginners to experienced students, Elevate Yoga has something for everyone.

With an experienced and passionate staff of teachers from throughout Monmouth County,Elevate Yoga is excited to give back to the community through karma work, workshops, Buddha Buddies children’s yoga, prenatal yoga, and many other activities.
