Grant Funding is the hottest method of getting a business off the ground, never before has it been a better time to learn how to research and write Grant Proposals.  With the economy rebounding, and the infusion of Obama's business stimulus package for start ups, business owners don't want to miss out on the possibility of Grants to develop their organizations.
