Grant will join presenter, Dougie Vipond, to produce some mouth-watering dishes for hostel guests and locals to try on Tuesday 28th July between 3:30pm and 4:30pm.

SYHA Hostelling Scotland are inviting people to participate in the filming and food-tasting, if you want to be involved simply email Jon Rowe at rowardennan@syha.co.uk or call Hostelling Scotland’ on 01786 891305 for more details.

SYHA Chief Executive, Keith Legge commented “ Rowardennan Lodge is set in one of the most breath-taking locations in the Scotland, so it’s little wonder the BBC have asked to film there. We’re hoping for great weather to showcase the Lodge’s full potential. The majority of our guests are walking the West Highland Way and those here during filming are in for a treat.”

Rowardennan Lodge will be hosting a ‘doors open’ day to coincide with the filming on the 28th and people are welcome to stop by to take a look around the hostel and its facilities or simply say hello.

“We hope that the Adventure Show will highlight the optimistic, community orientated spirit of hostelling in Scotland - values which are recession proof!” added Keith.
