July 12, 2009 - PRLog -- If you have done any comparisons reseller shopping at all, you are probably wondering what the catch is. Unlike similar programs we are not setting quotas, charging high licensing fees, and forcing you to use our name. We have a different philosophy at SilkWeb. Our goal is to give you the tools and flexibility needed to be as successful as possible. We realize that your success is also our success.

The following catalog will outline the terms of our reseller’s agreement including costs, restrictions, and support. We are always available to answer questions. Please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions or concerns.

Costs

Resellers using their own or a client provided LMS purchase courses at $20 per course per student. Resellers utilizing our turnkey e-learning solution which includes user setup, reporting, and instructional and technical support, pay an additional $7 per learner.

There are no upfront costs. You only pay for what you use.

Restrictions

There are no minimum or maximum learner restrictions.

We ask for at least 2 weeks lead time on any new purchases.  It is always in your best interest to give us as much lead time as possible.  

We retain the ownership of all content. You will not have permission to reproduce any of our products. The two exceptions are the reproduction of course descriptions for marketing purposes and the distribution of our catalogs. We can provide additional course materials including workbooks for an additional cost. We can also customize the course catalog with your company name and logo to help you market the products.

Support

SilkWeb is not set up to handle large call volumes. This means that all technical support related issues must be channeled through resellers to us. We are available from 6am to 6pm MST M-F to resolve any technical problems.  

We are always available to help you find ways of maximizing your instructional effectiveness through alternative content delivery approaches and custom course development. Every member of our team is an expert in the field. All have at least master’s level preparation and years of field experience in the area.
